  1. Replacement product(s) will be processed and shipped to you within one (1) business day.
  2. You will receive confirmation of the shipment via email (at the address you provided), along with a tracking number.
  3. A pre-paid return shipping label is included in the package you will receive along with your replacement product(s). Please use this label to return the defective product(s) to us as soon as possible.
